● FKI has successfully completed a half million dollar project for a rock quarry in Oklahoma that included two (2) 100,000 CFM dual baghouses. The collectors are used to capture rock dust which is ventilated from conveyors, blenders, crushers, and screening equipment. The order was obtained because of our competitive pricing and our ability to provide a durable design for this abrasive application. With our rugged cyclone, baghouse, and Buell classifier product lines, Fisher-Klosterman is well suited to solve the dust collection and product recovery needs of the rock products industry.
Design Conditions for Each System:
100,000 ACFM @ Ambient Conditions, 5:1 Air-to-Cloth Ratio
Each System Features:
Dual module collector, carbon steel construction w/ AR plate inlet baffle, walk-in plenum access to top loading filters, complete air pulse system w/ controls, polyester filters, mild steel cages, outdoor supports, access steel, trough hopper w/ level detection, screw conveyer, rotary airlock, and system exhaust fan
