Counterweighted Hopper Valve

Simple, durable, self-cleaning, this valve operates on the counterbalance lever principle. Accumulation of a predetermined quantity of material on the enclosed damper offsets the center of gravity. Release frequency and volume discharge can be regulated with the adjustable counterweight on the resistance arm. Special bearings are available for extremely high temperature operation. The damper is self-aligning to ensure a positive seal. A rugged, cast-iron body makes this 8" or 12" I .S. valve a durable addition to your dust collection equipment.

PMF Hopper Valve (Motor or Air Operated)

Eliminates backflow or leakage by utilizing two alternating dampers; one always remains closed while the other is discharging into the valve chamber or to outlet. Abrupt closing action eliminates any chance of bridging or clogging. Rugged overall construction assures years of superior service with minimum maintenance. Capacity varies depending upon valve cycle. Motor operated unit utilizes 1/4 hp motor gear reducer with a torque limiter. Air operated unit is ideally suited for multiple operation, using a single timing control which can easily be adjusted for changes in opening, closing cycles.
